Peanut Butter Is...

Creamy.

Salty.

Sweet.

Packed with protein!

Perfect.

Perfect just on a spoon.

Perfect in ice cream or frozen yogurt. {The below frozen yogurt is amazzzzzzing}!

Also perfect as a whipped frosting on top of gooey brownies.

Incredible in these deadly chocolates...

Amazing in this healthy cereal!  Great PB taste!
(sorry it's sideways...my picture edit apparently did not like this photo).

Loved by this guy...

And of course, the classic PB&J sandwich!

Peanut Butter is simply...Fantastic!

It just makes a whole bunch of sense in this crazy world.

Sure, you could argue that the peanut butter I adore is probably the most fattening yet. But not when you eat it  in moderation, of course.    :-)   Can we agree to disagree?  I have tried the healthier/organic peanut butter way back when. And um, now you'll have to excuse me for a moment because I feel some nausea coming on.
Those brands are just not for me when it comes to peanut butter. Nu-uh. No can do. Sorry Charlie.

Here is another way that Peanut butter is fan-flippin-tastic...in.these.cookies.

These are not  your Mama's peanut butter cookies.

These are not meant for Santa.

Stick with the typical sugar cookies and carrots for Rudolph and call it a day. :-)

With Honey Roasted Peanuts in these babies, these are the most tastiest, moist and flavorful peanut butter cookies I have tried to date.  Delicious!

The added sprinkle of granulated sugar on top makes these cookies even more special! Can you see that sparkle? Can ya?

Now slowly put down the remote control and head into the kitchen and make these.

Honey Roasted Peanut Butter Cookies
(I got this recipe from Ms. Betty Crocker Here)  Instead of the peanut butter chips, I used the peanuts).

Ingredients
1 cup packed  brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tspn baking soda
1/2 tspn baking powder
1/4 tspn salt
1 cup Honey Roasted Peanuts
Granulated sugar
Directions

Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar, peanut butter, butter and egg with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in peanut butter chips/peanuts.

Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls. Dip tops of balls into granulated sugar. Place balls, sugared side up, about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet (do not flatten).

Bake cookies 9 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

And now you'll have to excuse me as I go grab a few out of the freezer and indulge in them for dessert!
